Staying here for two days felt like home. The hotel is really proper and has many facilities. The receptionist is very responsive to guests, and the best part is the rooftop. The hotel was clean, and the room was very spacious, as I stayed in the Pinnacle Suite. The TV was great and the AC was cool. Yesterday, the kids planned to go swimming in the morning, but the pool was still being cleaned, so they didn't have time. Maybe try again some other time.

For breakfast in the morning, it felt lacking seasoning when I checked in on July 6th to July 7th. The quality of the breakfast needs to be improved. For Gin-G cafe, I tried the matcha latte with coconut water combination, the taste was really great. For the hotel room, the facilities and amenities were all good, including the pool, only the towels at the pool should be given for 2 people, not just 1. Thank you for the beautiful memories created at this hotel.

The rooftop has a great atmosphere, a large TV, and a decent bathroom. The room was clean. However, the soundproofing wasn't great. There was no information about ordering a long sofa in the room, but a small sofa was provided. The Wi-Fi in the room was very slow. I wish the breakfast menu had more variety. 2 pleasant nights at the Ascent hotel. Ambiance/Facilities: Clean and fragrant, the air can be fresh because the windows can be opened. Food: Varied breakfast menu with delicious taste. Staff Assistance: Friendly and very helpful. Highlights: Wonderful swimming pool. Price: Pocket-friendly with 4-star hotel facilities. Location: Close to culinary centers.

The sheets smelled musty, as if they hadn't been changed. The Wi-Fi was also very slow. A suggestion: please improve the parking area; parking is difficult to find at night. You're required to leave your key with the security guard; not everyone is willing to have their key left like that.

The AC was leaking, but it was fixed immediately, the plug was broken (shaky), it was a bit difficult to perform ablution in the bathroom.
