A little disappointed, even though this is my umpteenth time staying here because I love the rooftop atmosphere. Either it's really unavailable due to regulations or the receptionist is too lazy to be bothered. So, you'll have to reconsider your stay.

The bedroom and bathroom were clean, and when you open the window in the morning, you can see the mountain view. The staff is friendly, but the breakfast menu isn't extensive. The parking lot is small, but there's an Alfamart nearby so you can buy snacks. Thank you to all the staff who helped you from check-in to check-out.

I stayed for 4 nights. For the remaining 2 nights, I wanted to change to a room with a view that wasn't blocked by the building, but I was refused because there were no other rooms with double beds available, and all rooms were full. Even though I requested it at check-out time. I was really disappointed, even though I've stayed here many times with my family.

Excellent stay at Ascent Hotel. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at Ascent Hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, the hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and everything was generally good. There are just a few minor things that could be improved, such as the door handle in my room which was a little loose. However, it was still perfectly usable during my stay and did not significantly affect my experience. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would definitely consider staying here again. Keep up the good work!
