I had an amazing night stayed here with my family. The villa was great and felt like home.

What I like most is the view from my bedroom balcony. Overall everything is beautiful. But I'm slightly annoyed because the pool and playground is too far away, they're located in the separated building from the hotel so you need take a long route to go there. But it was beautiful. So counted the long walk as exercise.

I booked a junior room for a night. The location of the hotel is quite strategic, close to some attractive places like Batu Night Spectacular. The room isn't that big, but it has 2 queen beds which are good for a family consists of 3-4 people. The room is comfortable, but the light is rather dark. The hotel has an excellent swimming pool for kids. It also has a restaurant with various kinds of food. The staff are also nice. I may stay here again next time when I go to Batu.

Recommended place to stay in Malang. Great location, comfortable bed, beautiful view from our bedroom, and affordable 24 h room service (but the taste could be better, the satay in the fried rice really need modification🤦🏻‍♀️).

This hotel is family friendly. Cool room and swimming pool for children with a view. Great one!

My 2nd time here.. Still have a really really satisfying experience.. The room were super comfortable.. The ac is cool.. Breakfast very delicious.. They got smart tv in the room so I can watch YouTube directly.. I love this hotel!! Will totally come back again when I visit Malang.

I have a wonderful experience during my 2 nights stay here. Everything just beyond perfect. Their customer complaint handling just spot on! First we planned to stay just for a night, but my daughter loved it here so we decided to spend another night here, we can do many things in this resort because they provide many activities as part of hotel facilities. They provide a tasty blackforest cake as a compliment for my birthday and they surprised me with a cute handcrafted towel as well, which a very thoughtful service they provide during my birthday staycation! Awesome place for family vacation, kids love it and my family very happy. From the balcony we can see the lion..very exciting. In the morning we can direct to Jatim Park 2, and near to other place for vacation

Location near shopping mall and the center of city, also in front of hospital. Food is good and the staff was very helpful.
