The staff is friendly, the breakfast is complete and the staff offers a good menu, and the cleanliness is good. A bit disappointed with the gym; the equipment needs to be updated, equipped, and staffed. I got room 618, but I was a bit disturbed by the loud noise of the water pipe in the toilet, which startled me while sleeping at night. But overall, this hotel is recommended for a family stay.

There needs to be fresh, innovative changes, such as interior room decoration. We also need to replace bathtubs, as we believe they're outdated and unsafe for seniors. It would be beneficial to renovate bathrooms to make them more user-friendly, especially for the elderly.
