The room was very comfortable, with a clean bed and a clean bathroom. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. There was toast, chicken porridge, sticky rice porridge, Indonesian food, fruit, cereal, and a buffet-style meal, so you could be satisfied and full. The front desk is also open 24 hours a day. I checked in around 10:30 PM and was well-served. Security is also on standby 24 hours a day.

The staff was very helpful, especially the FO lady who wears glasses (sorry, I forgot her name). But when I used her to print some color documents, she didn't mind at all and didn't charge me even though I wanted to pay. My room included breakfast, but since I never eat breakfast, I didn't try it.

Almost failed to check-in because of booking the wrong date. It had been submitted through this bird app but the response from this app was slow. As a result, I went to the receptionist, at that time there were 2 officers. One said "I'll wait for the app, Sis." I was really nervous, because I booked 4 days and if I reschedule from this app, I'll wait 2 days. Luckily there was another guy, I forgot his name but he was full of body, it was on September 9, 2026 at 10:00 PM. The guy said "I'll help you, Sis." And yup, it was done in 15 minutes and I was able to check-in right away. Thanks to the employees who are really serious about working, hopefully it can be an example for others 🙏

Great hotel for the price. Good-sized room and comfy bed. Staff could be a bit more accommodating when requesting breakfast food be allowed to be taken back to the room for a sick traveler. Also, the breakfast restaurant wanting to charge for ice when it can be obtained for free through reception.

The restaurant's breakfast utensils were still stained, especially on the coffee cups. I also had an unpleasant experience upon checking out and moving to another hotel. A car parked directly in front of the hotel had a severely deflated tire on the left side. At first, we thought it had hit a nail, but after taking it to a tire repair shop, our tire was fine, neither punctured nor nailed. The security guard, who saw us confused by the flat tire, also seemed indifferent.
