Amaris Hotel Malang

I stayed at the Amaris Hotel Malang and had a pleasant experience, particularly in terms of location and easy access. The hotel is centrally located, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. An added advantage is its proximity to Malang Train Station and Malang DAMRI Station, making it easy for guests arriving and departing by public transportation. The check-in process was quick and efficient, supported by friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are standard but comfortable, with comfortable beds for a good night's rest after a long day. There's also a water dispenser in the hallway, a practical and convenient facility for guests. Strikingly, the hotel's hallways are designed with a semi-open space concept, making them feel cooler, airier, and less stuffy. The spacious feel even lends a touch of luxury not often found in hotels of this class. The breakfast menu offers a wide selection and is delicious, providing a pleasant start to the day. It's worth noting that the bathroom lacks a divider, such as a curtain or glass, between the shower area and the dry area, allowing water to easily splash into the bathroom, which should remain dry. However, this isn't a major issue during your stay. However, improvements or additions to the divider would certainly be a welcome addition for guest comfort. With a nightly rate of around IDR 400,000, the facilities and comfort offered are well worth the money. Overall, Amaris Hotel Malang is a practical accommodation option with a strategic location, excellent service, and a very competitive price for its class.

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was a bit dirty, there was a lot of hair on the floor, bed, bathroom, window glass was dirty, the AC was leaking when I woke up and wanted to go to the bathroom, I slipped because of the AC water.

The hotel is not too big, but for a business trip it is enough to rest and relieve fatigue.

The hotel is comfortable but noisy, the rooms are not soundproof, the sound from the side and upper rooms can be heard, not to mention the sound of passing vehicles because it is located on the side of the main road, but the staff are friendly, the food is quite good even though the variety is not much, the price of food in the restaurant is also affordable, the downside is that coffee, tea and friends are not provided in the room, so if you can't have tea or coffee in the room, or make popmie if you are hungry in the middle of the night.

Yesterday I stayed for 2 days from the 5th to the 7th, from night to morning the AC was always off, but during the day it operated normally.

The location is quite strategic and easily accessible, close to nearby eateries, and within the same area as a supermarket, pharmacy, and street food stalls. It's clean, as befits an Amaris, with friendly service, and free hot ginger ale and tea/coffee available in the lobby. Breakfast is delicious and quite varied. Overall, everything is fine.

The hotel is clean.. Strategic location.. The breakfast food is delicious.. There is a kids' pool.. It's great.

It was a great stay at the Amaris Hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and varied, and if you wanted to go out for dinner, you could just walk to the Sutoyo noodle shop right next to the hotel, a 10-15 minute drive from Malang Station.

Friendly and satisfying service. The location is strategically close to the city center and easily accessible. The food is varied and delicious.

A pretty good experience. It was just a bit disturbed by the noisy other guests outside the room that could be heard inside. Also, when I was about to check out, there were children playing with firecrackers in the pool area, and not a single staff member reprimanded me. Hopefully, more attention will be paid to the comfort and tranquility. Otherwise, it was quite good.
