Something was odd when I stayed here. When I initially checked in, my name was still secure, as I happened to have booked the hotel using the app. When I went to have breakfast and add a member, my name changed to someone else's. I finally showed the app to the staff. Did one of the staff change my name without my permission? When I checked out, the other person's name reappeared, and it wasn't mine. Please don't change other people's names without permission, as I'm afraid some of the staff won't trust me. Please evaluate and follow up.

Thank you Santika Premiere Malang. The most felt aspect is indeed the hospitality... superb... felt like I could be friends with the staff hehe... this is the first time staff escorted me to the elevator... felt like staying at a relative's place. The hotel is indeed not like a grand 5-star hotel... but it feels very cozy and homey... I even stayed twice in 1 week and always got the same experience... even got a room upgrade... the pool is small but sufficient... culinary and light snacks are within walking distance... Lawson is next to the hotel, STMJ is across the street, for a big meal, Djangkrik is about 50 meters away... didn't try the gym... the room is spacious and clean... breakfast is standard and varied... Keep doing these good things!

My stay was very pleasant. The service was friendly, check-in and check-out were quick, the room was comfortable and clean, and the amenities were quite complete. The hotel's atmosphere was also calm, making me feel at ease throughout my stay. Overall, the service was excellent, making me want to return again.

There's a price for quality. I've tried several hotels in Malang for a week, and the Santika Premier Hotel is the one with the most excellent service. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms are clean with bathtubs, and the soundproofing is comfortable for a good night's rest. There's also an Indomaret next to the hotel. The food is delicious and there's a wide selection. Since I stayed on a weekend afternoon from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, there was an all-you-can-eat meal package for 188,000 Rupiah per person. The staff were also very friendly. Thank you to all the hotel staff and the chefs for cooking such delicious food. Keep up the good quality. God willing, I'll stay here again if I go on holiday to Malang.

The room was very clean and comfortable. However, we were only given one room key. We didn't receive another, even though we wouldn't have minded having a security deposit for the card. The breakfast rates vary.
