A truly comfortable, kids-friendly hotel. There are tons of activities inside the hotel, especially the kids' activities. The staff is amazing, super friendly from check-in, escort to the restaurant area, animal feeding, and dance shows. Wow, my family and I will definitely come back here again. The food is delicious, even my picky eater can eat a lot at breakfast. Good job, love it 🥰💯

Spacious, clean rooms. Delicious food, lots of choices. Got free coffee and snack vouchers for the evening on the rooftop too. Love the hotel service. The balcony rooms even have a refrigerator, which is the best, and the price is quite affordable. I've stayed here twice and would definitely stay again if I'm in Batu again.

There is a common kitchen that provides tea, coffee and mineral water as well as public facilities to relax while enjoying the mountain view in the morning and city lights at night, access is quite easy above the rest area, enter the alley to the left a little. Next time can staycation here again with the usual pocket-friendly.
