This was my first time staying here, and it was well worth it. The room was comfortable, but the soundproofing wasn't great, so I could still hear noise from the next room. I found the room to be clean. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi is still missing. Everything else was good.

This hotel's advantages: 1. The room is spacious enough for a family of 3 adults and 1 child. 2. Breakfast is quite affordable, only 65,000 Rupiah, and the package includes animal feeding, a Flying Fox, and other children's adventures. Cons: 1. The bathroom floor is quite slippery, and the drain takes a while to drain, which can lead to flooding. 2. The hot water is shared with other guests, so it sometimes goes off and on when you're showering together in the morning. 3. The Wi-Fi signal doesn't reach the room, let alone the balcony. *This review is not intended to denigrate this place, but rather to document your experience here, and perhaps to improve management.*

It's good.. only the swimming pool is dirty.. The staff are very friendly, the room is also clean.. but unfortunately it's not soundproof. If the next room laughs you can still hear.. but my kids like the view here in the morning.. the mountain view is really wow.. I got a room on the 5th floor.. stayed 2 nights.. next time I want to stay here again.. thanks Transformer Hotel..

The first impression upon check-in was that we were presented with regulations with a hefty penalty of Rp 500,000, such as smoking in the room and in the no-smoking area, as well as penalties for stains on bed sheets, pillows, etc. Honestly, for travelers, this was very uncomfortable. While each hotel has different policies, I often stay at 4- and 5-star hotels, and there aren't many such rules. Maybe the laundry detergent is top-notch. For travelers who already know the many rules, they definitely wouldn't want to stay there again. The service is good, and they even give you ice cream. However, the complicated rules make your stay less relaxing, as you're always afraid of breaking the penalty, even though you know the etiquette of staying there. However, we do have designated smoking areas on the balcony or other designated spaces. It's a good deal for a hotel at this price. The mattress is comfortable and soft, and you get a double and a single bed. And there's a balcony, perfect for relaxing. Unfortunately, there's no pool, but it's recommended for those looking for a budget hotel.
