A truly comfortable, kids-friendly hotel. There are tons of activities inside the hotel, especially the kids' activities. The staff is amazing, super friendly from check-in, escort to the restaurant area, animal feeding, and dance shows. Wow, my family and I will definitely come back here again. A comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. Upon check-in, we received a voucher for three ice cream cones, and the next night was a fire dance performance. We were very pleased, and a shuttle was provided to the performance area. Thank you Transformer Hotel. Thank you Traveloka.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the views were beautiful, and there were plenty of activities for kids. The hotel is actually very kid-friendly, with a huge area to explore. The only thing I regret is the breakfast. I imagined breakfast at a hotel would be a buffet. But yesterday, when I was there, it was à la carte. I ordered the four-piece breakfast because I was bringing my two young children. Usually, my children eat cereal and pastries for breakfast, not a full meal. But yesterday, I was surprised because the food was served directly to the table. There were no choices. And we weren't informed beforehand that breakfast was à la carte. But otherwise, the hotel was great, clean, and very kid-friendly.

First try, perfect impression, haven't tried the food yet. Next time if you come here again, the interior room is new, clean and looks like continuous improvement of the hotel building but it doesn't interfere with hotel activities, shuttle to the restaurant and rides is provided at all times, the rides are still being repaired gradually and the swimming pool is still accessible for children, the room is cleaned every day at 11 am, the mattress and sheets are clean, room and toilet tissue are provided, the shower and sink are all new, the room interior is similar to a star hotel, got a room for 450 plus tax on the 6th floor for 3 single beds, the elevator is sophisticated, there is a balcony and seating for relaxing. Must come back here again, it's worth paying that much. Near the Batu town square and Batu Love tourist attraction, there is an offer of Batu Love tickets for 60 thousand, just take it because if you pay for a through ticket it will be 90 thousand.. Thank you Transformer Hotel, hopefully it will be even more successful.. Aamiin.
