The staff is very friendly, there is a kids village... It's fun to feed the animals.

There was one staff member who was a bit fierce, hehehehe... The soundproofing in the room wasn't good... You could hear sounds from other rooms. The family room was great for three people.

A very nice place... Our whole family enjoyed it. Quiet but pleasant. A perfect place for a family vacation. Next time we go to Batu, we'll stay here again.

First try, perfect impression, haven't tried the food yet. Next time if you come here again, the interior room is new, clean and looks like continuous improvement of the hotel building but it doesn't interfere with hotel activities, shuttle to the restaurant and rides is provided at all times, the rides are still being repaired gradually and the swimming pool is still accessible for children, the room is cleaned every day at 11 am, the mattress and sheets are clean, room and toilet tissue are provided, the shower and sink are all new, the room interior is similar to a star hotel, got a room for 450 plus tax on the 6th floor for 3 single beds, the elevator is sophisticated, there is a balcony and seating for relaxing. Must come back here again, it's worth paying that much. Near the Batu town square and Batu Love tourist attraction, there is an offer of Batu Love tickets for 60 thousand, just take it because if you pay for a through ticket it will be 90 thousand.. Fun... and I've stayed here twice

One of the friendliest places to stay and refresh when staying in Batu City, East Java.

The staff were all excellent, and the room quality was good (except for my balcony, where there was quite a lot of water on the floor, constantly leaking from the AC. The staff cleaned it every morning, but it still leaked). Very close to tourist attractions. Recommended hotel… keep it up!!!

Here, we had to self-check in, but the staff were helpful, and we were served ice cream as a welcome drink. There's no need to turn on the air conditioning as it's already cool. The mattresses are soft and comfortable to sleep on. Rooms are cleaned daily.

The bathrooms are poorly sanitized so they smell, especially room 407.

Cleanliness in the area under the bed is not well taken care of. Maybe it should be cleaned as much as possible because when something falls down, the dirt is carried along when the item is taken out.

because I was just sleeping there, it was okay... there was only one thing, I got a room where the bathroom was at floor level and not at the drain so as soon as I entered there was already a puddle of water...

If you're not in a hurry, I suggest getting the breakfast package because you'll get a free tour guide. If the hotel is kid-friendly, you can feed the animals. The swimming pool is very dirty, so I'm hesitant to swim because I'm afraid of bacteria.
