It’s a pleasure to stay at Bromo Stay. I booked at the last minute. When I texted customer service, he was so friendly and fast in his response. The staff, the old guy, Mr. Basuki, was welcoming and attentive. The home was clean with the amenities. The environment is so homey. My friends and I were so comfortable. It’s close to Mount Bromo from Malang, and the price is affordable (worth every penny). I highly recommend it! I would definitely recommend it to all my friends who want to stay in the Malang area.

A very kids friendly hotel, my kids really like it because it has such a big swimming pool, the room is perfect for a family with 2 kids like me because it has 2 big beds, complete facilities, a good water heater, and a dispenser for refilling drinking water in the hallway, the breakfast is all delicious and very satisfying to eat, next time I go to Batu I have to stay here again because it is that satisfying.

We stayed here for a short family getaway from Surabaya and had such a great experience. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Premier room, which made our stay even more special. What we loved the most is how family-friendly the resort is. There are so many activities for kids that my child didn’t even want to go home. The atmosphere is relaxing, the facilities are well maintained, and the staff are very welcoming.
