Satisfied with the hotel facilities at Pohon Inn: it's cheaper, the room is clean, and the balcony view is beautiful. The extra bed is nice, not flimsy like the hotel at Jatim Park 3. I also got the benefit of being able to access the Secret Zoo for two days, so I didn't get tired and had a great time. Good job 👍

A good hotel for the price, as the room was quite large, had a hairdryer, a refrigerator, and a balcony, which is rare for this price. Plus, if you like watching Netflix, you're in luck, as it comes with a smart TV. If I go back to Surabaya, I'll definitely stay here.

This is my third stay at this hotel. Throughout my stay, the service has been top-notch. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, clean linens and bed covers, and a clean bathroom. Large TV with YouTube and Netflix. The best breakfast menu definitely includes pecel. Overall, highly recommended 👍👍💯

The staff very friendly. They give us enough information when staying at this hotel. I picked king size bed and the room are spacious. There are water heater to help us if we want to drink hot drink such as tea and coffee. They provide us 2 bottles mineral water in our room and refill mineral water at the hotel aisle. Breakfast at 6 - 10 am, if you choose room with breakfast. Located near shopping mall and a lot of places to try around hotel.

Located right in front of Marina Plaza, a shopping center for mobile phones and accessories. Just checked out of Java Boutique Hotel and the most memorable experience was the breakfast. They truly embodied the "Javanese" concept with a traditional menu that's rare in budget hotels. There was kolak (coconut milk), mung bean porridge, and jenang sumsum (rice porridge) served on a banana leaf. The flavors were just right, not too sweet. It's rare for a hotel to serve jenang sumsum for breakfast. The presentation was neat and warm. Served on a stainless steel chafing dish, the food stayed warm. A great choice for those who don't like bread. For those tired of bread and cereal for breakfast, this porridge is a filling alternative.

Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent. The staff and security were friendly. Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.

I was in need of a space to work through a few meetings nonstop. Looked online to find a hotel that provides a decent table and chair to put my laptop and some papers within a reasonable price. Booked a room here. To my surprise, the internet connection was AWESOME. Four, almost five full hours on Zoom, and not a single glitch. Way to go!
