The staff was very helpful, especially the FO lady who wears glasses (sorry, I forgot her name). But when I used her to print some color documents, she didn't mind at all and didn't charge me even though I wanted to pay. My room included breakfast, but since I never eat breakfast, I didn't try it.

I stayed overnight, transiting before heading to Bali by private vehicle. The hotel is located in the Rungkut industrial area. I chose the outskirts for easy access to the toll road. The hotel's ambiance is pleasant, and I chose an air-conditioned room with breakfast included. The facilities are very reasonable for the price. No complaints, excellent, and met expectations. The price is very affordable, and you get excellent comfort and service. It's a worthy choice if you're traveling with your family to continue your vacation to Bali or Bromo.
