I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wyndham Surabaya for 4 days and 4 nights, and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. This 5-star hotel at Jl. Basuki Rahmat is truly in the heart of Surabaya - close to Tunjungan Plaza, great location, but once you enter the lobby you feel pure luxury and calm away from the city buzz. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, modern, and very comfortable with everything I needed - fast WiFi, Smart TV, cozy bedding, and a beautiful city view. Breakfast buffet at Tangerine Restaurant was outstanding with so many Indonesian and international options. The outdoor pool, gym and spa facilities were top-notch. But what made this stay truly unforgettable was the service. A very special mention to Ms. Eva - she is an asset to Wyndham Surabaya. Her hospitality is exceptional. Always smiling, very professional, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and valued. She handled everything with such grace and genuine care. Great staff like Eva is the reason guests come back. To the entire team at Wyndham Surabaya - thank you for 4 amazing days. You have set a very high standard. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Surabaya. Highly recommended!

This is my third stay at this hotel, and as always, my experience is always pleasant. The room is very clean and comfortable, the hotel environment is also quiet and very family-friendly. The entire staff is very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Especially Ms. Risa, who really helped my check-in process quickly and professionally. Thank you for the service provided. I also always get room 807, and I really like it because it is comfortable and makes the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and ambiance of this hotel. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended! 😊
