Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent. The staff and security were friendly. Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.

An affordable hotel with excellent service and cleanliness. I checked in late at night and was still very well-served, getting the non-smoking room I had booked. When I wanted to extend my stay for another night, the staff was also very responsive and helpful, allowing me to stay in the same room. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. The plumbing didn't smell at all. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

I was in need of a space to work through a few meetings nonstop. Looked online to find a hotel that provides a decent table and chair to put my laptop and some papers within a reasonable price. Booked a room here. To my surprise, the internet connection was AWESOME. Four, almost five full hours on Zoom, and not a single glitch. Way to go!

Stay here for a comfortable family stay. It's perfect for a group staycation due to its strategic location and proximity to the Tunjungan Plaza shopping center and Jalan Tunjungan. It's also close to culinary centers. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to sleep up to three people. The breakfast is delicious and I'd recommend repeating my stay.
