The staff were all very friendly, even the parking attendant was very friendly, even though I was staying with my motorcycle. I woke up at 2 a.m. and sat down for tea in the restaurant, but the hotel staff still greeted me warmly. 😊 The food was also quite affordable. I'd love to come back again sometime.

It's a shame I didn't take a picture, but believe me the photo on Google is a real picture. If you're looking for peace and truly healing, this is the place.. especially in the morning when you can see Mount Raung, Meranti, and Ijen.. It's that good.. Definitely will be back here!! If there were 10 thumbs up, I would give them all!! Whatever you call it, everything was perfect! The room is big, smells good, the bathroom is clean, the food is good, the ambiance is crazy! The staff is really helpful!! Love it love it love it!!!

It's definitely worth it for families and kids. It's a children's paradise. No need to pay anything else. Just playing in the theme park area is free, especially for overnight guests. My kids were thrilled. The swimming pool has plenty of toys and a full play area. The hotel's atmosphere is like any other Balinese resort I've visited. Nice and cool. Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent. The staff and security were friendly. Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.
