My kids and I really enjoy staying at Four Points Pakuwon, Surabaya. We've always been satisfied during our several stays. What I especially love is the food there. The breakfast menu is very varied and delicious. I really like the special menu at breakfast served by the chef. Thank you to the chef who has prepared the dishes well and wholeheartedly. It's really delicious, beef teriyaki, asparagus crab soup & gyudon. Of all the hotel I've stayed at, the food here is indeed the best. Thank you Chef!!! The best 👍

It happened to be a family vacation, and Senyum World Hotel was perfect for families with small children. The facilities really pamper the kids. The indoor playground is spacious and open until late at night, the kids didn't want to go back because they were having so much fun playing. The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was soft, although the blanket was a bit thin, but it was enough to keep the body warm at night, the bathroom was also clean. The food was also okay, there was quite a lot of choice, and the menu was also kid-friendly. The best thing was the location, close to the tourist area in Batu City. It's also in the same complex as Jatim Park 3. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Stayed 3D2N with family. Booked connecting rooms and they were available. The restaurant staff were very friendly, I asked for help heating baby food twice and they helped, even though the restaurant was closed. My child's swimming goggles were lost in the pool, so I asked the staff to help me find them, and they were immediately brought to my room. The service was really great. For a standard 4-star meal, some menus vary daily, but others like porridge, bread, and noodles are always available every day. Strategic location, close to the city center. Standard room size, good cleanliness.

This time it was not wrong to choose to staycation in Surabaya, the lobby atmosphere is very comfortable, welcomed by a friendly front office. And the best part is being chosen as the guest of the day. Got mirror plating and a cake that tastes really good. The room is quite spacious, comfortable AC and wifi that has no problems. The bathroom is also very clean. During breakfast, the employees are very friendly and helpful. There are many variations of food from western to traditional, even market snacks are available. Stayed 1 night here, really liked it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the facilities are complete, there is a gym, there are yoga classes too, if I had known from the beginning I would have joined too hehe, the swimming pool is also okay, very clean, and when there are not many people so you can swim as much as you like. Outside the lobby is also complete, there is an Indomaret Alfamart, there is even peco-peco sushi. Next time I will stay here again with my extended family

Best Western Papilio Hotel

I was in need of a space to work through a few meetings nonstop. Looked online to find a hotel that provides a decent table and chair to put my laptop and some papers within a reasonable price. Booked a room here. To my surprise, the internet connection was AWESOME. Four, almost five full hours on Zoom, and not a single glitch. Way to go!

Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent. The staff and security were friendly. Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.
