An amazing hotel in an amazing location. Really enjoyed the stay at Dailoog. The hotel is sleek and modern, and the view from the room was amazing (looking across the strait to Bali). The pool area was great for chilling out with cold beer late in the afternoon. Meals were very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is highly recommended.

Thank God, I was satisfied with my stay at MORAZEN Surabaya. The security guards in the lobby and parking lot were friendly and smiling. The receptionist in the lobby? Don't ask, they're definitely even friendlier. When I forgot my prayer mat, I asked to borrow one, and it was delivered to my room in less than 10 minutes. This time it was not wrong to choose to staycation in Surabaya, the lobby atmosphere is very comfortable, welcomed by a friendly front office. And the best part is being chosen as the guest of the day. Got mirror plating and a cake that tastes really good. The room is quite spacious, comfortable AC and wifi that has no problems. The bathroom is also very clean. During breakfast, the employees are very friendly and helpful. There are many variations of food from western to traditional, even market snacks are available. Stayed 1 night here, really liked it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the facilities are complete, there is a gym, there are yoga classes too, if I had known from the beginning I would have joined too hehe, the swimming pool is also okay, very clean, and when there are not many people so you can swim as much as you like. Outside the lobby is also complete, there is an Indomaret Alfamart, there is even peco-peco sushi. Next time I will stay here again with my extended family

Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent. The staff and security were friendly. Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.
