Had a great stay at Harris Hotel Gubeng Surabaya. The room was clean and comfortable, with consistently cool air conditioning and a superb view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is well maintained, with clean, carpeted corridors that create a pleasant atmosphere throughout the property. The facilities are excellent, including five lifts that make getting around quick and convenient, as well as ample parking spaces for guests. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya!

It has got a hidden river view on the back yard. Buzzing alongside Jalan Sumatera, Gubeng, hotel lifestyle offers a fresh look of little rural view and greeneries at the city. The room is clean and environmentally caring, with friendly staff.

The hotel was very comfortable, with spacious rooms, a microwave, and a chiller, making it perfect for a Saturday night stay. There's live music in front of the hotel, reportedly every Saturday and Sunday night. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Surabaya.

Best Morazen Surabaya, arrived warmly greeted and welcomed with a welcome drink. When we entered the room, there was a Graduation message on the glass, TV, and a slice of cake. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious and varied, the restaurant staff were also friendly, the place was all clean. I arrived at 8 p.m. with a minor leg injury. The security guard promptly brought me a wheelchair, escorted me to my room, and even suggested moving me to a room near the elevator. The receptionist was also friendly. The food was varied but not overdone, and the taste was quite good. Tongseng was the signature dish, and it was delicious.

Honest review... Central access to the city with a very tall building, so you get an extraordinary view, especially at night. The room was also clean. Incidentally, we stayed in a deluxe room, and we were very impressed with the cleanliness. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. And the environment made it easy for us to shop. There are restaurants and a Circle K downstairs, so no worries 🥰. Will always come back to stay here.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. I've stayed here many times for events in Surabaya. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The hot water was flowing. The price was affordable. The location is strategic. There are many food options around the hotel, including a minimarket, and for breakfast, pecel rice is just a short walk in front of the Samsat office, if I'm not mistaken—it's just a short walk from the hotel. Overall, it's very good.
