Everything was impressive, including the location and the spacious pool area. The hotel is fully equipped with a bakery, cafe, bar, and rooftop restaurant, making it easy to find food. It's just a shame there's no balcony in the room, so it's a bit awkward to smell the smoking room with my husband smoking. And the bathroom in room 1116 didn't have an exhaust, either because it wasn't there or because it wasn't working. Otherwise, I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the flexible check-in process, which allowed me to check in when the room was ready.

A wonderful stay from start to finish! Beautiful pool, clean and well-maintained facilities, and an amazing breakfast. Don't leave without visiting Citilites—the rooftop lounge has one of the best views in town. Definitely worth it.

Good location, but in my opinion the room needs an upgrade. I stayed in this hotel many times. The staff is nice and helpful.

I had a great stay at Java Paragon Hotel. The breakfast is amazing. Staff are very helpful and the room is clean. I definitely will stay there whenever I visit Surabaya.
