Everything was ok, except for the AC, got a room with a fan but it wasn't cold... it was okay to sleep while shivering, the staff checked the AC temperature and said it was cold but it was still hot, offered to move rooms but no follow up

The hotel is great... very kid-friendly. My kids loved the swimming pool. The facilities are also great. Moreover, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
