In the center of the city, so going anywhere is very near. Next to Ciputra World, and near to Pakuwon Mall. Surrounded by many restaurants. The food is good and there are many choices. From the room, we had a beautiful night view of Surabaya. The price was worth it for the service.

Everything was ok, except for the AC, got a room with a fan but it wasn't cold... it was okay to sleep while shivering, the staff checked the AC temperature and said it was cold but it was still hot, offered to move rooms but no follow up

Overall, it's very comfortable, great, and everything about it is excellent. There's only one thing I'd like to comment on: the hot water. It only lasts about five minutes. After that, you have to wait a while for it to come back, and that only lasts for 5-7 minutes. Other than that, it's very good; no comments.
