In the center of the city, so going anywhere is very near. Next to Ciputra World, and near to Pakuwon Mall. Surrounded by many restaurants. The food is good and there are many choices. From the room, we had a beautiful night view of Surabaya. The price was worth it for the service.

Overall, it's very comfortable, great, and everything about it is excellent. There's only one thing I'd like to comment on: the hot water. It only lasts about five minutes. After that, you have to wait a while for it to come back, and that only lasts for 5-7 minutes. Other than that, it's very good; no comments.

For the apartment unit, some appliances may need to be repaired. The last time we stayed, the stove wasn't clean, aka the flame was red, causing smoke to come out. So far, the rest has gone well.
