This will be my go to hotel if I’m going to Surabaya. The room is very spacious, feels like home. Also, the bathroom is nice and quite big. The attention to small details to make every guest feel comfortable is very nice.

In the center of the city, so going anywhere is very near. Next to Ciputra World, and near to Pakuwon Mall. Surrounded by many restaurants. The food is good and there are many choices. From the room, we had a beautiful night view of Surabaya. The price was worth it for the service.

It's very comfortable to stay here. I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, it's comfortable and clean. There are gym facilities and a swimming pool. The breakfast place is also delicious and comfortable. Highly recommended, especially if you stay with family.

Lots of photo spots. The breakfast menu is varied and has a wide variety. It's just a shame the volleyball court hasn't been used for a long time.

The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. I checked in without any issues, and was immediately given my room key. Throughout my stay at Hotel Paragon, I experienced no issues whatsoever, and it was always a comfortable stay. Thank you to all the staff at Hotel Paragon...
