Our first time in Batu, we stayed at the Golden Tulip Holland Resort. The place is beautiful, spacious, and clean. There are two breakfast restaurants with a variety of dishes, Western and Indonesian. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly. There are electric scooters provided in the hotel lobby for exploring the area. We especially enjoyed eating at the Skydome. During our two-night stay at the Golden Tulip, we had dinner at the Skydome. The place is certainly Instagrammable, and the food was delicious and generous.

A very spacious resort. Walking around the hotel area in the morning is a very interesting activity. The accommodations are mainly villas scattered among the pine trees. In the morning, the resort area is shrouded in mist. Non-villa rooms are located in a traditional house-like building. The upper floor of this traditional house is a meeting hall, while the rooms are located downstairs, requiring descending stairs; there is no elevator. It seems quite difficult for older people. The swimming pool is located amidst the garden and pine trees. Cleanliness is good. Drones are allowed on the hotel grounds. I didn't try the food. The gym is no longer functional.

I like the top floor with its beautiful city view at night. Located in the city center, near a convenience store, Plaza Tunjungan. If you want to eat something, you just need to order food through the app, and the friendly security staff will assist you. A comfortable and quiet room for me, who enjoys tranquility. Emphasizing an eco-friendly concept, you can top up water as much as you need.

I was in need of a space to work through a few meetings nonstop. Looked online to find a hotel that provides a decent table and chair to put my laptop and some papers within a reasonable price. Booked a room here. To my surprise, the internet connection was AWESOME. Four, almost five full hours on Zoom, and not a single glitch. Way to go!
