We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Premier room, which made our stay even more special. What we loved the most is how family-friendly the resort is. There are so many activities for kids that my child didn’t even want to go home. The atmosphere is relaxing, the facilities are well maintained, and the staff are very welcoming. Monoloog Hotel Surabaya

Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent. The staff and security were friendly. Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.

I was in need of a space to work through a few meetings nonstop. Looked online to find a hotel that provides a decent table and chair to put my laptop and some papers within a reasonable price. Booked a room here. To my surprise, the internet connection was AWESOME. Four, almost five full hours on Zoom, and not a single glitch. Way to go!
