Intentionally stayed at UB Guest House and it proved to be easy for us to attend our child's graduation at the Samantha Krida building. We also took the time to take a morning walk and Beam in the afternoon around the modern, beautiful and green UB campus. When you're tired of traveling long distances, a short check-in time is very helpful. Plus the kitchen staff's willingness to serve in the restaurant even though orders were already closed. Amazing, so we didn't have to bother going out to find dinner. Gallons of water are also provided in the lobby to refill as desired. The hot water in the bathroom is strong and functions well. The AC is also cold. Rooms are clean and spacious. Most of the people staying are families, so it feels comfortable. A smoking area is provided in the garden in front of the room.
