Highly recommended for those traveling to Surabaya. Thank God, I stayed here for two nights and it was comfortable. The room was quite comfortable. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. It's close to the city center, malls, and markets. The room facilities were also good, including towels, soap, toothbrushes, free drinking water, and tea and coffee making facilities. The AC was cool and the Wi-Fi was also smooth. I was very satisfied with my stay. Next time I go to SBY, I will definitely stay here. Hopefully, there will be continuous evaluations to provide the best again. Thank you.

We stayed here on May 26. This hotel is centrally located and easily accessible. Very courteous and professional staff. The rooms were well-sized and very well prepared for comfort. The hospitality at the restaurant was also very good. They serve a good selection of food and drinks. I liked their sweets offerings too.

Check-in and check-out were fast, and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious enough for the price, and the bed was large, making it comfortable for kids. There were so many breakfast options, it was overwhelming, hehe. Some were delicious, some were so-so, but it was still worth it. The location is truly strategic, in the middle of the city, close to malls and hangout/snack spots along the street in front of the hotel. I'll definitely come back here again.

The Horison Express Quds hotel is perfect for those who want to honeymoon in the city of Surabaya. Clean rooms, cool air conditioning, well-functioning cooking utensils, polite and friendly waiters, also attractive room decor. Friendly staff, strategic location, small playground in the lobby, quite large and clean rooms, complete amenities, and sofa beds. Just go downstairs and you can access Kaza Mall. There's a cinema, playground on every floor, and a food court. So you won't have to worry about finding food and entertainment! Definitely will come back again someday! Thank you
