Had a great stay at Harris Hotel Gubeng Surabaya. The room was clean and comfortable, with consistently cool air conditioning and a superb view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is well maintained, with clean, carpeted corridors that create a pleasant atmosphere throughout the property. The facilities are excellent, including five lifts that make getting around quick and convenient, as well as ample parking spaces for guests. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya!

Excellent! The difference of 100K from the hotel next door is already a 5-star hotel. The most amazing thing and what makes this hotel *excellent* is because their *service* is very VVIP and incredibly friendly. How could it not be: 1. Entering the hotel, greeted by employees who open the right and left doors, the entrance door is opened, always greeted with good morning/afternoon/evening by employees. That! What makes this hotel win a lot. Even though *service* like that is minimal cost, only capital of words, smiles and a little energy to open the door, but not all hotels can. That's why I said earlier, this hotel feels like you are in a 5-star hotel and are a VVIP guest. That's where the Harris Hotel wins a lot. 2. Entering the spacious, neat, and comfortable *ambient* lobby area. Then in the *full carpet* alley/hallway/corridor, clean, fragrant, and yes, this *feels* like a very expensive hotel. 3. Even though the rooms and other things are very ordinary, not too special, but they can pack it neatly, fragrant, clean, even the size of a regular room can *feel* expensive. 4. With this price, you get facilities equivalent to a 5-star hotel and *VVIP* service, this is very *worthy*. No wonder this hotel is a favorite for civil servants in offices and *events*.
