The hotel staff was very friendly, starting with the security guard who promptly opened the door and the friendly receptionist who explained the room description and deposit card details in detail. Housekeeping also changed towels daily and always confirmed whether the room needed cleaning. They were very helpful.

The room was very comfortable, with a clean bed and a clean bathroom. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. There was toast, chicken porridge, sticky rice porridge, Indonesian food, fruit, cereal, and a buffet-style meal, so you could be satisfied and full. The front desk is also open 24 hours a day. I checked in around 10:30 PM and was well-served. Security is also on standby 24 hours a day.

The room was clean, smelled good, and the hot water worked well. The bathroom was well-equipped. This is my third stay at this hotel, and as always, my experience is always pleasant. The room is very clean and comfortable, the hotel environment is also quiet and very family-friendly. The entire staff is very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Especially Ms. Risa, who really helped my check-in process quickly and professionally. Thank you for the service provided. I also always get room 807, and I really like it because it is comfortable and makes the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and ambiance of this hotel.
