My first time staying here, my first impression of the hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable, although not particularly large. The location is also strategic, right inside Juanda Airport, so you don't have to worry about missing an early morning flight. The staff very friendly. They give us enough information when staying at this hotel. I picked king size bed and the room are spacious. There are water heater to help us if we want to drink hot drink such as tea and coffee. They provide us 2 bottles mineral water in our room and refill mineral water at the hotel aisle. Breakfast at 6 - 10 am, if you choose room with breakfast. Located near shopping mall and a lot of places to try around hotel.

Best Western De Papilio

I was in need of a space to work through a few meetings nonstop. Looked online to find a hotel that provides a decent table and chair to put my laptop and some papers within a reasonable price. Booked a room here. To my surprise, the internet connection was AWESOME. Four, almost five full hours on Zoom, and not a single glitch. Way to go!
