Had my very first stay at this hotel and first impression was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, all of them greeted me with a smile. The room is spacious. Great amenities available in the room; tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, kettle, slippers, toiletries. There's water dispenser on every floor which is very convenient to refill water. Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent. The staff and security were friendly. When you're tired of traveling long distances, a short check-in time is very helpful. Plus the kitchen staff's willingness to serve in the restaurant even though orders were already closed. Amazing, so we didn't have to bother going out to find dinner. Gallons of water are also provided in the lobby to refill as desired. The hot water in the bathroom is strong and functions well. The AC is also cold. Rooms are clean and spacious. Most of the people staying are families, so it feels comfortable. A smoking area is provided in the garden in front of the room.
