A very kids friendly hotel, my kids really like it because it has such a big swimming pool, the room is perfect for a family with 2 kids like me because it has 2 big beds, complete facilities, a good water heater, and a dispenser for refilling drinking water in the hallway, the breakfast is all delicious and very satisfying to eat, next time I go to Batu I have to stay here again because it is that satisfying.

From the start, check-in was great. The staff (Mr. Huda) was very responsive and proactive. I didn't ask for two keys, but since I seemed to need them, he immediately gave me two. Stayed here during Ramadan, and the breakfast package could be exchanged for a pre-dawn meal delivered to your room. Each floor has a balcony with a direct view of the mountains/hills. The rooms are spacious with hair dryers and beautiful views. The hot water is safe and the cleanliness is excellent. Monoloog Hotel Surabaya

Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent. The staff and security were friendly. Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.

Best Western De Papilio

I was in need of a space to work through a few meetings nonstop. Looked online to find a hotel that provides a decent table and chair to put my laptop and some papers within a reasonable price. Booked a room here. To my surprise, the internet connection was AWESOME. Four, almost five full hours on Zoom, and not a single glitch. Way to go!
