The location is truly strategic. Close to everything and right in the heart of town. If you want to explore the Kayutangan area, this is the perfect place. The rooms are spacious with balconies. Smoking is not allowed in all rooms, but smoking is allowed on the balcony as long as the door is securely closed. Thank you for the excellent service.

The hotel is very strategically located in front of Tunjungan Plaza and close to everything. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. There's a cafe in front, which is really nice to sit around. I forgot to take a photo, and if I ever go back to Surabaya, I'd definitely stay at this hotel. The staff are also friendly, including the security guards, who are friendly and helpful.

As two girls on a weekend getaway, we found the hotel quite busy—but despite that, the staff were incredibly welcoming, quick, and friendly throughout our stay. The room was a decent size and fairly clean, which made it comfortable enough for a short trip. Stayed in two room types within the week, both served their purpose very well. Walking distance to restaurants, mini markets. First traveled alone, the standard room was enough: compact & efficient for one person. Then my mother joined me & we moved to the executive room which is more comfortable for two persons. Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful, food & drinks from Warung Pati in the lobby were satisfying & reasonably priced. I wanted a mochaccino & they made it for me despite it not being on the menu. Very family friendly, my 73 y.o mother di not have any difficulty navigating through check in, ordering food, etc with staff always ready to assist.

Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent. The staff and security were friendly. Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.

Booked a room here. To my surprise, the internet connection was AWESOME. Four, almost five full hours on Zoom, and not a single glitch. Way to go!
