A new 4-star hotel in central Surabaya with very friendly service. Upon entering the lobby, it smelled wonderful. I checked in without waiting, and my room was as requested. Once inside, I was delighted with its modern design and very clean room. The bed was soft and the view was beautiful, especially at night, when you can see the city lights of Surabaya. The food was also delicious, with a wide selection. The restaurant and pool area provided a variety of toys, making my stay even more enjoyable.
