The Mercure Manyar Hotel is spacious and comfortable, with rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. We hope to stay here again sometime soon.

The staff were welcoming, helpful, friendly, and answered our questions well. When we walked into the bedroom, it was aesthetically pleasing with the decor and the high-quality linen. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, especially the traditional healthy ginger tea, excellent coffee, fresh fruit, Indonesian food, as well as a variety of cuisine. We would highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel's location is close to many restaurants and neighborhood amenities, such as McDonald's, Family Mart, Pizza Hut, and other convenience stores, making it easy to find food nearby. The hotel's location is also close to healthcare facilities and the Airlangga University campus, making access to these places quick and easy. The service is excellent, and the hotel's ambiance is comfortable.
Highly recommended, especially for business trips. The room amenities are excellent (such as a work desk and more than two power outlets).
It was a great stay here, close to ITS and Unair, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, there were lots of food around which were just a few steps away, close to Mba Naning's pecel which you have to take a queue number to buy 🤭, and the most impressive thing for us was Mr. Denny at the FO, he was very friendly and helpful, the check in and check out process was very fast, it seemed he really worked with his heart and this was the most impressive thing for our family, with his hospitality we really felt the sensation of a 4 star hotel. The only slight downfall was the parking lot which was a bit cramped, yes, we will definitely stay there again if we want to visit our children.
