I was very impressed with this hotel. Everyone from the security guard at the front desk, the housekeeping staff, the restaurant staff, and the parking attendants were very friendly and polite. I truly felt comfortable staying at Morazen. To Mrs. Bella, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for helping me print and revise my documents, as it was late at night and I had to send the necessary documents immediately. Thank you again, Mrs. Bella. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food, from international to local, and the food is delicious. The hotel also has a comfortable semi-indoor swimming pool and a children's pool. It was a pleasure staying at Morazen, and I will definitely recommend it to my colleagues if I have an assignment in Surabaya.

The location is strategic. The staff was very friendly, there was access to Pakuwon City Mall, and the hotel was very clean. If I were to return to Surabaya, I would definitely stay here again. It's really convenient because you don't have to leave the hotel anymore because it's in the same area as the mall with its many culinary options. Besides being friendly, the staff is very helpful without being asked.
