The staff was very friendly, there was access to Pakuwon City Mall, and the hotel was very clean. If I were to return to Surabaya, I would definitely stay here again. It's really convenient because you don't have to leave the hotel anymore because it's in the same area as the mall with its many culinary options. I've been a regular when I'm in Surabaya, staying here often. Affordable, clean rooms, a clean swimming pool, a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere, and a view I love overlooking the Suramadu Bridge. I think this is one place to stay that will surprise you. The price is not expensive, but the rooms are spacious, with minimalist decoration, so it feels even more spacious. Apart from being spacious, the rooms are neat and clean. This hotel will clearly be your first consideration if you travel again to ITS and its surroundings. Hopefully it's not fully booked.
