Thank God, I was satisfied with my stay at MORAZEN Surabaya. The security guards in the lobby and parking lot were friendly and smiling. The receptionist in the lobby? Don't ask, they're definitely even friendlier. When I forgot my prayer mat, I asked to borrow one, and it was delivered to my room in less than 10 minutes. Midtown Hotel Surabaya

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary utilities, making it extremely comfortable. In-room service was fast, efficient, and attentive to every request. The location is also perfect just a short walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza and Indomaret, which made everything so convenient. All the staff, from the doorman to the reception, were genuinely warm, friendly, and professional. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Amaris Hotel Embong Malang

The staff very friendly. They give us enough information when staying at this hotel. I picked king size bed and the room are spacious. There are water heater to help us if we want to drink hot drink such as tea and coffee. They provide us 2 bottles mineral water in our room and refill mineral water at the hotel aisle. Breakfast at 6 - 10 am, if you choose room with breakfast. Located near shopping mall and a lot of places to try around hotel.
