There are water heater to help us if we want to drink hot drink such as tea and coffee. They provide us 2 bottles mineral water in our room and refill mineral water at the hotel aisle. Midtown Hotel Surabaya

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary utilities, making it extremely comfortable. In-room service was fast, efficient, and attentive to every request. The location is also perfect just a short walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza and Indomaret, which made everything so convenient. All the staff, from the doorman to the reception, were genuinely warm, friendly, and professional. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.
