The facilities are excellent, including five lifts that make getting around quick and convenient, as well as ample parking spaces for guests. The location is excellent, right in front of the neat and clean town square. Nearby are the Governor's Office, nice cafes, minimarkets, and offices. The location is quiet, and the hotel's cleanliness and service are also top-notch.

Overall, everything is satisfactory.. The staff is friendly & very helpful, the room is clean, the water heater is quite good, the AC is cold. Right across from TP, although it turns out you have to go to the pedestrian bridge first. If you are lazy to cross, there are lots of fast food next door, just walk a short distance. I don't know about breakfast, chose a room without breakfast because I deliberately went culinary since morning. Next time I go to Surabaya, Bekizaar Hotel will be on my top list of choices ☺️
