I stayed here for 3 nights. Overall, it was okay. Improve the menu and snack variety. The bathroom has a bit of a shower faucet that sometimes turns back on its own. It needs some improvement. Thank you, Ascent, for your hospitality.

The staff are friendly and responsive, the atmosphere is comfortable, calm, and close to culinary delights.

Friendly staffs, we able to 1 h early check in, clean room, towels changes everyday, delicious and various breakfast menu, strategic location, spacious room, amazing mountain view from roof top.

Close to everywhere, strategic location. Friendly service, clean rooms. Almost 90% of the guests are foreigners, only 10% are local. It's just a shame there's no refrigerator.

My first experience staying at Ascent/Maxone Malang. Good service. Upon arrival at the lobby, I was greeted by friendly and efficient hotel staff, plus I left my suitcase first before I could check in. The room was clean, the bathroom had a hairdryer, the sink had hot and cold water, the TV was a smart TV, the room was quite spacious, there was a place to store bags/suitcases/sandals. The AC was cold. There was a swimming pool for children. Quite satisfied staying here with such facilities at a fairly affordable price. Please, if you go to Malang, you can stay here 👍🏻
