Check-in and check-out were quite fast. The staff was friendly and helpful when I requested a room change because I was given a room with twin beds, while my husband and child were staying with me. Fortunately, there was a double bed available. Parking is located in the front and back of the building, and it's outdoor. Overall: - Room & Facilities 9/10 - Parking 7/10 - Staff 9/10

Simple, fast, friendly, clean, easy to access in the center of Malang city.

What makes me impressed is that all the dishes on the menu are really good... It could be the right destination if you go to Malang.

Friendly staff, clean and soundproof rooms, location is not far from the city center and there is a ****mart below the hotel, making it easy if you need something, unfortunately the food tends to be spicy so there are not many choices for children.

The room facilities are complete and comfortable to stay in. But the best part is the hotel staff, very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. Easy access. Very friendly staff. Not try the food, but should be OK. Many western people was found there. Need improvement for the parking area on the back side, perhaps can be add shades roof so the customer car can be protected from rain and sun. But overall, the hotel is OK.

The breakfast menu were very limited, the food taste need to be better and they clean up very quick like 9AM they are always surat packing. the plus about this hotel is it is in city centre and pool view at rooftop. please improve your breakfast menu.

Overall, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The check-in process is fast. It's close to the dining area. The swimming pool is really good for relaxing. However, the breakfast is not very varied, but overall, everything is very good.

The old hotel was acquired by a new owner.... the room had a clogged drain.... the doors were a bit difficult to open and close.... the location is quite close to the station and there are many people selling cheap and cheerful food around it

Overall, in terms of location, it is strategic (depending on our destination), the staff is friendly, but the 2x breakfast there, the menu is a bit lacking in my opinion (the first day the porridge was soft and the second day it was not cooked well, the other dishes also tasted lacking, sometimes the chicken was overcooked like the porridge was a bit unclear.) but it was offset by the good service, clean swimming pool, rooftop cafe with a nice view, the food at the cafe was delicious and affordable. Overall it's good.

I like the clean room, but the food menu is not very varied. The location is strategic, close to Malang culinary.

Check-in time should be 14.00 but it turned out that it wasn't possible. I was only able to enter around 15.40 and got compensation for checking out only 1 hour later.

Upgraded to a bigger room, the staff was communicative and responsive and very helpful with politeness. Good attitude. So, want to stay here again.

fast check in/check out time, friendly staff access to various places is close, in front of the lobby there is also an Alfamart so you don't need to be confused if you want to shop. breakfast is quite delicious with a fairly complete menu. the rooftop bar is also comfortable with a citylight view, suitable for just having coffee and relaxing enjoying the atmosphere.
