The staff and rooms are okay. The facilities are quite complete. What needs improvement: amenities should be provided for two people (there's only one). While the breakfast menu isn't very varied, it should be refilled quickly so customers don't have to wait long.

Suasananya sangat tenang sehingga bisa tidur dengan nyaman. Receptionist sangat ramah dan membantu. Sayang sarapan paginya variasinya kurang bagus.

Hotel nya tidak terawat, dan untuk menu sarapan pagi nya tidak enak, tapi pelayanan nya bagus dan ramah-ramah.

Bener-bener nunggu lama buat bisa check in sampe jam 3 sore baru dapet kamar, + di kasih kamarnya lumayan pengap abis itu kita check out jam 10 an karena udah bener-bener ga nyaman sama kamarnya pengalaman yang buruk. Kayanya ga bakal balik lagi ke sini.

Bagus sih untuk kamarnya rapi dan bersih, hanya saja kan saya menginap untuk 2 orang, tapi toiletries dan slippers hanya dikasih 1. Sarapan-nya so-so, buat hotel bintang 4 malah agak kurang sih menurutku, nasi-nya keras, pempek dan cuko-nya kurang enak, telur dadar amis, yang enak cuma 1 menu yaitu daging lada hitam, selebihnya 2/5. Yang bagus dari hotel ini staff-nya ramah-ramah dan ambience-nya sangat enak.

Sempat mengalami kesulitan check in karena pihak hotel belum menerima order dari aplikasi, namun sudah tertangani dengan cepat.

Tap water is dirty. Especially when filling the bathtub. Bad smell inside the room. And receptions is only polite for foreigners. This is old hotel. You need to upgrade the quality of the people and your moving facilities.

Check in dan check out cepat, kebetulan tidak ada antrian, kartu hanya dikasih 1, sedangkan lift free akses hanya sampai lantai 3, selebihnya harus tap kartu kalo mau ke lantai atas, kalau ada orang di kamar kita mau ke lobby mesti minta bantu FO untuk tapping kartu ke lantai atas sungguh merepotkan, hotel bersih dan rapi, interior kamar bagus, kamar wangi, lemarinya luas, kasur empuk dan tinggi, hanya bantalnya saja sudah mulai kempes, pemandangan bagus, akses kemana mana gampang, bisa jalan kaki ke mall, kolam renang lantai 3, ruang bilas agak jauh dari kolam, dekat dengan gym dan spa, kolamnya kotor padahal saya kesana sabtu, lantai dan dinding kolam agak berlumut dan usang, dan sangat panas better agak sore kalau renang, overall oke, hanya kolam renang saja perlu perbaikan.
