the location is good.. but internet was poor and getting water in the hall way, because none was provided I found to be quite inconvenient.

Me and my friends had an awesome time here. Expected really something our money paid for but turned out to be really nice and cozy. The place is situated near the baywalk which is already a tourist attraction itself. Really recommend this to my friends.

Great place to stay at Dumaguete. Walking distance from famous Rizal boulevard. Near at Sansrival Bistro and every restaurant. Room was big and clean. Every day they cleaned the room and changed the towels and bedding which is good for a traveller. Also a free coffee everyday. Plus the hot and cold water is also free.

The room that we stayed in is very nice and clean. The staff are really accomodating and they are responding to our requests and inquiries really fast. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay here and we will definitely consider staying again at Hotel Nicanor once we decided to go back to Dumaguete.

great place. we had a family room and its so spacious compare to other hotels i had. the stuffs are very accommodating and friendly. the place is clean and very accessible to resto and the boulevard its also great place since it's just a few walks going to 24-hour fast food chain so it you want to have a quick fix during wee hours its safe to walk.

Very accessible to everything! Will definitely come back.

Strategic location with in Dumaguete City.

Location is very good since it's near the downtown area and near the boulevard. Room is spacious. Staff are very accommodating. Definitely would want to stay here again.
