Overall is good, just a bit dusty room. It will be better if they clean it more thoroughly.

I stayed here for two nights to attend a wedding. The price was very reasonable. I was satisfied with the breakfast buffet. The front desk staff were very helpful. I think the drinks, sweets, etc. sold in the lobby are quite cheap. Overall, I'm satisfied. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity to go to Oita. The only disappointment is that the sink was cracked.

The location was a bit far from the station but close to shopping street. The check in desk didn't speak much English but trying hard to help. There were extra pillows for free rental. The breakfast was 800 yen and 400 yen for my 2 years old so we did not buy the breakfast.

Great location and service .. will come back to japan .. people there very good manners, polite and respect each other

Staffs are helpful. Location are good. But room quite small. Still acceptable.
