I am extremely disappointed with my stay here. My room has absolutely no privacy. A shop has been set up in the area in front of my room, and the rooms provided do not match the advertisements on the website. I think my vacation is probably over with Mandala Hotel, and I chose not to stay, even though they wouldn't refund me.

The view is very beautiful. The staff are very nice.

Was good nice room but broken hot tub and the curtain is not in a good condition anymore. Staffs are nice and view is great.
