One of the best places to stay in Kawaguchiko. Top notch service and rooms with beautiful views.

Lovely hotel right at the front of Lake Kawaguchiko. We arrived at Kawaguchiko station at 3pm and asked the lady at the tourist information how to get there. She surprisingly called the hotel so we can get picked up by the shuttle van! There's a regular shuttle van that goes to Kawaguchiko station every morning, from 7am to 10am. The hotel staff are nice and friendly. The room was clean and spacious! We very much enjoyed the hot spring at the hotel. Would stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We got traditional tatami room with magnificent view. Hotel is old but we like old hotels. Will be back again next time.

There is an onsen for free to use, beautiful view, good atmosphere.

The hotel is by the lake, the size of the room is large, the hotel staff are friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast is good.

The accommodation is ok, very clean. There is an onsen that sees Fuji view.

It's fun. The hotel is close to Kawaguchiko Lake and Koci Koci Ropeway. Can walk from Kawaguchiko Station. Around the hotel there are several restaurants, cafes, and minimarkets.

The hotel is located in a very very great location, it is a pity that I only stayed 1 day in Fuji. If possible, you should stay in Fuji for 2-3 days to enjoy the greatness of this place, and the Kawaguchiko Hotel is the place that really should be in your choice with great views, great service. , the staff, too great and an onsen bath located on the top floor of the Hotel with memorable relaxing moments. Actually 1 day at Fuji and Kawaguchiko Hotel is too little and I hope the future will come back here.

A well maintain old japanese hotel in front of kawaguchiko lake. not so far from kawaguchiko station, there is shuttle from hotel to station until 10 am. breakfast is good, haven't trying the dinner. onsen with mount fuji view, really awesome experience. and special thanks to grandpa who send us for free to arakuyama sengen park before 7am, because there is no taxi operation in the morning. hope can come back 1day. thanks 4 wonderful moment

The hotel clerk is friendly, the hotel is old but clean, and the view of Lake Kawaguchiko directly in front of the hotel is very beautiful.

I had a really great time here. The service is superb! The staff was so helpful when once I lost my bag and they helped me find it! There’s also a free shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko station to the hotel which is a plus. Amazing time! The view is also great, oh and breakfast is fantastic!

The hotel is very old, and quite far away from Kawaguchiko Station.

Very satisfying stay here. Yesterday stayed in a tatami style room. Room size is quite large. Very friendly service, very good location. From the room you can see Lake Kawaguchiko.

The hotel is okay, overall even though the old hotel is just lacking drinking water.

There is an onsen to see Mt. Fuji very clearly.

The hotel is nice though old and a bit creepy. When check-in is really free, a new 3:00 can be done. All view rooms are nice, mountain or lake. The location is really good, I want to try the public bath, but I really can't use a bikini.

The accommodation is clean, quiet, very good atmosphere. Can see the reservoir very beautiful and can see Mt. Fuji.
