From check in to room cleaning to breakfast, this has been the worst Novotel experience I’ve ever had. I am an All member and this Novotel Gonzaga was far from being a Novotel standards. Lazy service. I had to ask to do additional towels several times. Check in took 30 minutes. I took 1 hour from SP to Santos, and took 30 minutes for a lousy check in.

This hotel is very close to the beautiful beach in Santos and close to lots of shopping. The Hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly.

At first the room had water on the floor and it appeared the lights weren't working in the bathroom, but that may have been due to my error. The light switches were so confusing and certain ones had to be turned on in the main entrance in order for any of the other lights to be turned on. Maybe I'm just not used to that and it's standard.

Room was quiet, so I slept well. A bit of a mold problem though. Breakfast was great, good variety.

Excellent hotel. From friendly staff, breakfast, internet, localization. I recommend to anyone.

The HVAC must be cleaned immediatelly. The smell of mold was very strong even when the air conditioning was not running in the room. The smell was also strong on the 6th floor, during breakfast. One window was visible damaged in the breakfast room (see photo). Staff was very friendly but that was not enough to conpensate for the strong smell of mold.

The property was in a very nice clean and convenient area. Shops and restaurants were at a walking distance. I loved the quietness of the rooms. Very nice hotel, and extremely nice staff. Love the room service.!!

Excellent stay! The hotel is located in a very safe and convenient area, perfect for exploring. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience!

Precisa de manutenção ar condicionado pingando e a limpeza precisa melhorar. Mas talvez não tenha tido sorte dessa vez porque já vi pessoas falarem bem do hotel

Great place.

Went to bar area & no service. Went to lobby & they sent someone up. When bartender came, was told that I was Not able to buy one glass of wine but insisted on me purchasing a bottle. Had to walk 2 blocks at night to obtain a glass of wine.

There isn't air conditioner inside the elevators and halls. The pool is very small, with only 3 recliner chairs, breakfast with limited options, same food every day, pool bar Very expensive!!!
