My first stay here was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, even though I only had two small suitcases, the staff immediately prepared a trolley and escorted me to my room. The staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel was clean from every angle. The breakfast was also varied. I'll likely stay here again if I come to PKU.

Very impressive. From the friendly staff, cool and comfortable rooms, ample parking, spacious waiting area, clean swimming pool, and very friendly staff. The breakfast is undoubtedly delicious. However, the menu lacks variety. I've stayed almost three times, and the breakfast menu hasn't changed much. Overall, it's a very comfortable choice for a family stay.

Some spots need more detail from the housekeeping team, especially on the top of the bed and rust on the towel rack, there are some minor damages in the bathroom, the location is very strategic, breakfast is normal like most 4-star hotels, the only input is, dust particles from the linen are still felt in the room, maybe because the circulation is not optimal, so sneezing while in the room, the rest is okay, good luck to all Novotel PKU Team.

A strategically located hotel, next to Ciputra Mall, with direct access to the mall, which has a protective roof, so it's pretty safe if it rains. We'll be back again.
