I recently visited Sugarland after a long time, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the significant improvement. Although I was placed near the exit where people were coming in and out to do some work, the overall experience was good.

I enjoyed my stay, very convenient for d event I attended. My only negative comment is the foul odor from CR.

The hotel location is very accessible and the food is delicious However I got disappointed with the bedding's they are itchy (I don't know if they really change the bed covers to new one) and the toilet bowl is not really cleaned there are some yellow stains. They need to work out on these.

My son and I booked an overnight stay for our mini "christmas-cation". He enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Check in was fast. Thanks.

Low water pressure, no glass.

Booked superior room but as I check their standard room there's just a little difference. Television doesn't work, both bedside lamp is like a Christmas light that keeps blinking. Not worth for the money I paid for. All needs serious maintenance and front desk and marketing staff must be taught how to say good morning and how to smile. They aren't approachable.
