Friendly staff, close to everywhere, favorite place to stay while in Singapore, close to MRT too, right in front of Bugis, clean room, just a shame there's no bidet, but everything is good.

Great location just behind Bugis Street. Check-in was a bit slow. The room was great until they checked in a group of tourists at midnight, that's when we realized that the room has thin walls. We can hear children screaming from the room beside us and children running from the room above us. Just bring earplugs and you'll be fine because the location is great!

It was a pleasant experience from checking in to checking out. Two things I didn't expect were how small the room was and how thin the walls are.

For Indonesian people, the toilet has no bidet, but it's ok and clean, the room is comfortable, the surrounding environment is ok. Lots of food 24 hours

On Sunday, no cleaning staff worked for our room. It would be better to install a jet shower for the toilet

Hotel is one of the best option, location wise. Super convenient going to malls, street food, and MRT station. ⭐.‼But what disappoints 😕 me was actually the toilet doesn't have bidet spray and there 's a glass wall to separate the toilet and bath. This is not comfortable for me, especially when I am entering the bathroom and the door is blocking the way to get in. I have to squeeze myself 😂.

The room size is small but enough for resting. The swimming pool is not too deep and the view is good, there is a laundry place (paid), close to the MRT, bus station, lots of halal restaurants and souvenir shops. Suggestion: for a family, it is better to order 2 rooms with connecting rooms. Staff friendly and helpful.

The room is good, that level. Especially clean. The location is very strategic, in front of the hotel directly the bus stop. If you want to stay near Bugis, this hotel is recommended. In front of the hotel, there is also a mall and food court.
