Beds were extremely uncomfortable, staff wasn't able to provide covers the 1st night for the pull-out couch, so we had to sleep with sheets in a room with AC on blast all night. I wouldn't necessarily recommend.

Besoin beacoup d'amour. je ne comprends pas que cet hotel à une moyenne de 7 sur Expedia. Les photos ne sont pas à jour. Chambres avec aucun système de ventilation fonctionnel. Tous les boutons de lumières cassés. Doit débrancher du mur pour éteindre. Rouille dans le bain. Le lobby et le service est négligé. Planché collant. Superviseur qui réprimande un employé devant les clients. Dommage, un endroit qui a déjà connu de bonnes années.

Hotel was horrible. Room was disgusting. Multiple things broken. Stains on wall in room and bathroom. Female staff member on desk on arrival was very rude. Photos do not look like hotel in real life.

This was a budget hotel so i didn’t expect too much. Room was okay but outdated. Fixtures in the bathroom needed to be replaced. The best thing about the hotel was location. Very walkable. For a short trip it’s fine.

Ça manquait de sourire à la réception. S'il y a quelque chose qui est important quand on arrive à l'hôtel, c'est d'avoir quelqu'un qui sourit ou qui soit positif à notre arrivée. Les ascenseurs ont besoin d'amour et d'être nettoyés.

plus: Cette établissement est très bien pour le prix. Propre et près de tout. Beaucoup de restaurant en vicinité, à quelques minutes de marche du vieux port de Montreal.

The place needs some serious work when it comes to maintenance and cleanliness. The overall vibe feels like a 1 or 2 star motel at best

Hôtel très basic, tapis taché, murs malpropres et allures général pauvre. Pas de service aux chambres avant 3 nuitée, aucune connectivité USB dans les chambres, pas d café dans les chambres ou autres petites utilité en dehors du savon. Je ne retournerai pas à cet hôtel.

My stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences of my life. The hotel lacks basic facilities and proper guest service. Cleanliness was extremely poor, and the staff did not provide adequate assistance or room service when needed. Unfortunately, this was the worst part of my Montreal trip. The overall experience was very disappointing, and I do not feel that the hotel offers value for money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would not choose to stay here again.

Hotel rooms are very dated!! I cringed when I walked in!! The air conditioning is soooo noisy, it stoped working in the middle of the night, consequently the room was very stuffy! Shower was awful, the hot water was not very hot and the control for the shower kept sliding. So you had to hold it in place or the water cooked down more. Location is good. Friendly staff

Clean room, excellent location, bath needed some rust repair. Staff could smile once in a while.
