Great location. In front of bus 747 from YUL. 2 blocks from China Town. Lots of great restaurants. 10 minutes walk to Metro station. Very convenient to everywhere

Everything you need the downtown area are very close, wifi connectivity is great, pretty convenient, my third time to stay at Chrome Hotel, and will do it again next year. 👍👍👍👍👍

Near by everything. China town is less than 10 mins walk, Old Montreal is 15 mins walk and IGA is just near by also. A McDonalds is 4 to 6 mins walk. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. A bit dated but location is perfect for us.

The hotel should had notified us that there was construction on the street which limited parking availability. We had to wait for someone to check out to get his parking space. As for the room. The tub was dirty, they only gave us one face cloth and hand towel for 3 night stay. Housekeeping didn’t come into the room at all. The desk had a crooked leg so it wasn’t safe to put anything on top. The curtains had a few off the links looking very sloppy. The icing on the cake was the bed my son was sleeping on, the headboard fell out of the wall and he was lucky it dropped down part way behind the bed otherwise it would have fallen on him.

Hallway smelt of urine. Room smelt of lemon pledge, then urine. Shower would not drain. Water pressure was hit or miss. Overall an absolutely terrible experience, i cut my 3 day trip short.

There was construction that woke us up at 7am, which wasn't mentioned at check in. Location was great. Easy to walk everywhere. Bed was comfortable, room was fine. Parking lot was full so we had to park a couple blocks away. I would stay here again if in Montreal.

The beds were clean and comfortable and has a mini fridge. No ice available and no coffee machine in room. No breakfast available-just coffee. It is very outdated, air conditioner is old/dirty and ceiling above was covered in a black exhaust like dust. Staff were very nice. I found it expensive for getting bare minimum amenities.

I made a mistake booking 1 month too late for my 2 night stay so I purchased again. Even though there was plenty of time for them to rebook my room (1 month) nothing could be done ! so it cost me double to say those 2 nights! very frustrating

The room was satisfactory and the staff were nice, but we waited about 45mins for checking in. It was kinda ridiculous. The problem with the room was the noise. No open windows and heard every single siren, car, or person that went by. Not very good for sleeping.
