No microwave or coffee maker in the room. Obvious damages were either unrepaired or repaired quickly and messily. Heat and internet worked great. Water pressure and hot water was great. The beds were fantastic.

Staff were friendly and courteous. Location was great. The pictures we saw on the website and/or Expedia were deceiving. We did not expect how outdated the room would be. We were surprised that there was no coffee maker or microwave in the room.

La climatisation est bruyante. Le meuble du lavabo n’était pas propre. La chambre que j’avais réservé n’était pas disponible. Le personnel a été en mesure de me trouver une autre chambre, mais pas comparable à mes attentes. Le reste était correct ( lit confortable, propreté du reste de la chambre).

Chambre manquait un peu de ménage , trouvé des mottons de poussière près du lit et du chauffage, spots blanc de platre ou peinture dans la fenêtre, lavabo nettoyer??? Pas de cafetière dans la chambre. Correct pour le prix et pour 1 seule nuit, mais je ne passerais pas plusieurs nuit là.

La chambre était très mal isolée. L’ajustement de la température de l’appareil de climatisation doit en mode froid, soit chauffage extrême. Aucun entre deux. Une chasse de toilette qui coule sans arrêt. Un midi frigo qui n’est pas froid. Des voisins de chambre bruyants qui crient et font la fête à une heure tardive même à l’extérieur de leur chambre.

Hotel is old and out dated. The toilet got clogged and the when I went to the front desk to tell them, they tried to hand me a plunger to fix it and I laughed and told them its not my toilet to fix. Needless to say they fixed it. 4/10
