The price is aligned with what you get. Tax in the room was $160 and we were “upgraded” to a presidential suite which honestly was unnecessary as it had an awkward boardroom and living area with cold white/blue lighting. Lina at reception was not cut out for the hospitality industry. Do not expect to change her attitude. I wouldn’t even mention this if I hadn’t heard her talking to a friend on the phone with a completely different energy while we waited for forks. Lower your expectations and you’ll be fine.

The room was not cllean and there is no parking you have to pay for parking outside i paid 60 dollars and the bed was not comfortable

Le stationnement a été un élément important de notre séjour ainsi que la proximité du transport en commun. De plus il y avait un petit frigo dans la chambre et ce fut très apprécié.

It’s very old and basic. Great location and not bad if you wanna just sleep there. Staff were friendly, but overall don’t have high expectations. Parking is small and $32 per night.

I was worried after reading several horrific reviews however, my fiancé and I were there for four nights and five days and the room was clean and excellent location to old Port Montreal. The bus stop is right outside the hotel which made it easy to commute around for cheap. We took advantage of the self-serve laundry room they have a vending machine in the lobby that has laundry detergent and dryer sheets in it. For the washer and dryer it was around three dollars per machine. Our room was very large with a living room and couch. The cons would be no coffee in the rooms no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the rooms. Our hairdryer wasn’t working and the bed was extremely small other than that. Excellent stay. Would return.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel ! C’est la 2e fois, que j’y vais, mais la 1ere fois, c’était mieux ! Le personnel : bon accueil, cela n’a pas changé ! La literie, rien à dire ! La propreté de la salle de bain, non plus ! Par contre, les rideaux de la douche étaient légèrement griffés, les rideaux de la fenêtre, étaient sales ! Et un cadre, au dessus du lit, n’avait pas été replacé correctement ! Sinon, calme, et c’est important !

J'utilise le métro pour accéder à l'hôtel et tout ce fait bien.Tu peux accéder à la rue Sainte-Catherine à pied à même pas 5 min de marche .Tu as aussi accès au métro de la ligne orange à la station Champ de mars à 5 min de marche sinon tu peux aller prendre la ligne verte de la station Place des arts à 10 min de marche .Très pratique pour les personnes qui n'ont pas de voitures comme moi d'accéder au Métro et à l'hôtel et il y a des lignes d'autobus de ville qui passe devant

Pas de stationnement inclus Je ne peux pas dire qu ce n’était pas propre mais les chambre nécessite de bonne rénovation. La tapisserie décollais du mur, les panneaux dans l’ascenseur n’était plus bien viser Le tapis dans le corridor avait des taches, qui peut nous laisser paraître une malpropreté Pour le prix je suis satisfait.
