Perfect spot, great for budget travel when you want to have a clean and safe room with close proximity to Old Montreal for really low cost. You definitely get more value out of the room than the deal you’re paying for. Even though some things are dated and there were renovations on during our stay, we had the perfect birthday getaway with privacy, comfort and a spectacular view of city hall. Will definitely come back again. Thank you!

It felt like they did just less than necessary. We had no sheet on one of the beds, we requested extra pillows and they were given to us with no sheets. We got one pillow per bed to share between three people. An eye roll when we asked for more towels so we could each have one. Nowhere to hang wet towels to dry. The shower curtain was falling off the wall. No where to access water, ice or a microwave, as there was no access to the restaurant. The shelf in the bathroom cupboard was broken. Only one functional outlet in the room to be shared between three people.

Annoying and very noisy ventilation in the bathroom. Broken shower head not permitting any control.
Very bad sound insulation. No coffee shop or room service.

For the amount paid ($114 plus tax), I do not recommend this hotel.
Parking is extra. It is a small underground and very dark parking. No elevator access going to the parking level.
Minimal toiletries- they only provide shower gel. Towels are very thin.
You can’t adjust the thermostat so it was very hot when you’re sleeping.
The beddings are not clean. You’ll find a lot of lint on the beddings.
No accessible receptacles/plugs that can be used!!! I had to plug my phone to charge behind the fridge.
The worst part, for a non smoking building, some guests smokes in their room and you can smell it in the hallway and in your room!!!
I do not recommend this hotel.
For this price, you might as well pay a bit more to have a restful night at a 3 or 4 star hotels.
