Very large room. Nice hot shower. Good coffee maker. Extremely comfortable king size bed. The staff at the desk spoke French, my mother tongue, contrary to many 3 star hotels in Montreal that are run by Indian immigrants. Large TV with about 50 channels. Great location to catch the metro or an intercity bus or a taxi to the airport. I was very pleased by this hotel.

Everything was fine, best part was it is so close to the old port you can literally just walk up there, now got a great deal on the hotel i got the room under a 100 bucks including taxes which i think is a steal of a deal. Room itself is just fine I would say, not at all anything to brag about. I only needed a place to sleep and for that it was fine, so no complaints from my side. Parking was also available for a charge which in itself is a boon considering its close proximity to the port. All in all, fine stay. Staff was nice as well. Helpful bunch over there.

Do not stay at this hotel. The pictures that you find in the website are probably AI generated. It was horrible, the staff wasn't cordial and everything needed maintenance. The reception was terrible, the elevator had a faulty electrical problem, the room had a broken desk, and much more. Then during the night, the fire alarm got activated. All the guests went outside and waited until the fire department to clear us to go in. Not the staff, they didn't talk to us once during the ordeal. I would never stay nor recommend anyone staying at this hotel.

Absolutely disgusting, everything was completely under renovation when we were there no access to the restaurant no access to anything near by as the street was shut down just next to the hotel. Constant construction outdoors, early morning, late nights, blood on the door frame next to the door. DISGUTING. Heater did not work, nothing available inside the room amenities wise and literally over all a terrible hotel. Staff was NOT helpful. I actually asked the front desk guy how much another night would be because me and my grandfather were stuck there with no choice as the airport was closed due to an ice storm, and the front desk guy said I don’t know look on Expedia. Extremely unprofessional extremely unhelpful the entire floor 5 was under renovation, and that was the exact floor that they placed a on.

Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. The hotel room and hallways had an unpleasant smell, and the carpets and furniture did not seem clean. There were also not enough towels provided for two guests. The staff were not very friendly, and we experienced issues with our room and parking access being disconnected after 12 PM, even though we had booked for two days. We had to return to the reception twice to fix the problem — once for the room access and once for the parking — which was very inconvenient, and unfortunately no apology was offered. The parking area was also very small, dusty, dark, and not well maintained. In addition, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we had to leave our room using the emergency stairs, and when we returned, our floor access was locked, forcing us to go down another floor and use a different hallway entrance. It would have been appreciated to at least receive an apology note for the inconvenience caused.

Honestly, this was a horrible day. The bed wasn’t nice for a non-smoking room in the room, but I really have no choice. This was literally the only other room and the entire city that was available and they overcharged for it as well. I would never stay here again I would rather drive to a different city if this was the last room available.

Our stay was quite pleasant! Room service was unfortunately delayed and was not performed until day 4 of our 5 night stay but overall we had a clean and welcoming experience. We paid about $30 for an early check-in, and while the room did show some signs of previous water damage we were incredibly happy with the location and had no unpleasant experiences during our time here. The staff were polite and very helpful when we requested extra towels. While it's certainly a budget hotel, it plays its part very well!

Good location and the rooms were clean and comfortable. You can tell the place is old and not everything is in the best of conditions but for the price at this location it was pretty good. Rooms are quiet and the staff was helpful and friendly. Probably best for short stays.

The hotel had a good location, close to the Old Port, which was very convenient. However, the room could have been cleaner, and the furniture looked quite old and worn out. The fridge was empty, and no slippers were provided, which is something most hotels usually offer. We stayed for 3 nights, and unfortunately no one came to clean the room during our stay. Overall, the hotel does not seem to be very well maintained, especially considering the condition of the furniture.
