Happy with this stay. I was initially concerned with parking. The parking garage they told me to park at was only a 4 minute walk to the hotel and seemed to be pretty cheap ($13.50 CAD flat rate). Room was clean and great location in Montreal.

Would have been good to know that construction (and loud noise) was going on directly underneath the hotel windows starting at 7:00 AM! Oh well guess that’s why the cost was relatively low

Room was never cleaned after many requests. Heater made a huge noise all throughout the night. Room was gross. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

It was a terrible trip. The hotel room was dirty, the towels had hair on them, the second one was stained. The wardrobe was rusty. There was no kettle in the room. On the first day, there were no programs on the TV at all, no channels, no YouTube. The next day they fixed it. Instead, there was a battery in the remote and the girl at the reception told me that I had to find the battery in the rooms myself. It was complete madness. I have never seen such irresponsibility and rude staff in any hotel. The linen is a separate issue. The blankets were dirty. I have seen other rooms in this hotel where they were clean and it is your responsibility to offer customers a hotel where everything is in order. After this, I will never use your website and I will never recommend this hotel.

Very Poor Experience: The room was nothing like the pictures. There was no housekeeping, no wardrobe, and the washroom was extremely unhygienic. The bed size was too small and could barely accommodate two people. Even at a low price, it was not worth the money. The staff lacked basic professionalism. Avoid this place if you want comfort, cleanliness, or hygiene.

Will make a review as it is worth mentioning intently. Was an overall nice stay. Was a relatively clean room (felt like a newly renovated room). Amazing area, very walkable even in snowy weather. Parked in their underground garage. Very steep, scraped bottom of my car. Felt welcomed by the staff. Big shout out to Siham was great with my questions. Now for the cons: A Manager during check out tried to double charge me for parking, she was also being difficult with repeating explanations. Would have returned in the future but that most definitely is a deal breaker for me. Can here through the doors and walls. House keeping is every 3 days of the stay.
