Room was spacious, staff was friendly and the price was on point! Location is really good too for seeing such a cool city. Metro station only a block away

Great staff, excellent room service and good location.

The property was not well maintained / the room felt unkept and very dated. The lobby was filthy and front desk staff was not friendly or welcoming.

Oui belle vue et propre. Avec mini frigo mais pas de cafetiere et pas de restaurant fonctionnel au RC... WIFI. de faible intensite pour mon pc sur le bureau de travail... j ai du me deplacer pres de la porte du corridor..

Would have been good to know that construction (and loud noise) was going on directly underneath the hotel windows starting at 7:00 AM! Oh well guess that’s why the cost was relatively low

El hotel en general esta bien, bien ubicado, solo creo que lenhace falta un poco de mantenimiento, ir remodelando y mejorando las habitaciones.

Rooms where not clean. there is no parking. air conditioning was not working well!

Happy with this stay. I was initially concerned with parking. The parking garage they told me to park at was only a 4 minute walk to the hotel and seemed to be pretty cheap ($13.50 CAD flat rate). Room was clean and great location in Montreal.

Room was never cleaned after many requests. Heater made a huge noise all throughout the night. Room was gross. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

It was a terrible trip. The hotel room was dirty, the towels had hair on them, the second one was stained. The wardrobe was rusty. There was no kettle in the room. On the first day, there were no programs on the TV at all, no channels, no YouTube. The next day they fixed it. Instead, there was a battery in the remote and the girl at the reception told me that I had to find the battery in the rooms myself. It was complete madness. I have never seen such irresponsibility and rude staff in any hotel. The linen is a separate issue. The blankets were dirty. I have seen other rooms in this hotel where they were clean and it is your responsibility to offer customers a hotel where everything is in order. After this, I will never use your website and I will never recommend this hotel.

Very Poor Experience: The room was nothing like the pictures. There was no housekeeping, no wardrobe, and the washroom was extremely unhygienic. The bed size was too small and could barely accommodate two people. Even at a low price, it was not worth the money. The staff lacked basic professionalism. Avoid this place if you want comfort, cleanliness, or hygiene.

leaving luggage at guest service desk is not free… yiu need to pay CAD 4 per luggage & that is terrible.
